We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Sales Team Leader with proven real estate experience to join our team. This role requires leadership skills, sales acumen, and the ability to inspire a team to consistently achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in sales and at least 2 years of team-handling experience (team size: 3β5 members).
π― Key Roles and Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve organizational sales goals.
Drive the team towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide coaching and skill development to enhance team performance.
Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, and project site visits.
Take complete accountability for results and client commitments.
Deliver on promises within deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
Handle responsibility and pressure effectively while balancing client and team expectations.
