Real Estate Telecaller
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Telecaller to join our sales team. The role involves engaging with potential clients over the phone, understanding their property requirements, and providing accurate information about available properties. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation, scheduling appointments, and maintaining strong client relationships to support the organization’s sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients from company databases, referral networks, and other lead sources.
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
Engage in meaningful conversations with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
Provide accurate details regarding property features, pricing, and location.
Schedule property viewings, meetings, and consultations with real estate agents.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to maintain engagement and maximize conversions.
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales progress in the CRM system.
Consistently update client information and track lead progress to closure.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of tele-calling experience. Freshers or individuals without prior sales experience but eager to build a career in sales are also encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills to effectively convey information.
Active listening and ability to understand client needs.
Relationship-building and client engagement abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (emails, spreadsheets, CRM tools, data entry).
Familiarity with tele-calling systems and professional phone etiquette.
